Shipping policy

• Free shipping for every purchase above RM180. (East Malaysia & Local Delivery not applicable)
  - Standard West Malaysia delivery: RM7
  - Standard East Malaysia delivery: RM12
  - Local delivery: Delivery fees to be paid by recipient when order arrives, to avoid variable rate changes of delivery charges by courier service.
  - Nationwide shipping is handled via SPX Express; local delivery is handled via Lalamove.

Please note: Once the package leaves our shop and is handed over to the third-party delivery service, the delivery company assumes responsibility for the transit. In the rare event of delays, damage, or delivery issues, customers will need to coordinate directly with the courier service for resolution. We appreciate your understanding!
