Shipping policy

• Free shipping for every purchase above RM180.
  - Standard West Malaysia delivery: RM7
  - Standard East Malaysia delivery: RM10
  - Local delivery: RM30 flat rate (any remaining balance is automatically refunded as store credit).
  - Nationwide shipping is handled via SPX Express; local delivery is handled via Lalamove.

Please note: Once the package leaves our shop and is handed over to the third-party delivery service, the delivery company assumes responsibility for the transit. In the rare event of delays, damage, or delivery issues, customers will need to coordinate directly with the courier service for resolution. We appreciate your understanding!
