Do I need to be of legal age to buy from your store?
Yes, absolutely. In accordance with local laws, you must be 18 years of age or older to purchase any products from Vape Valley. We strictly enforce age verification at checkout and upon delivery to ensure full legal compliance.

What happens if an item I ordered is out of stock?
While we do our best to keep inventory perfectly updated, if an item you purchased happens to be out of stock, our team will WhatsApp you immediately! You can choose an alternative flavor/product, or we will instantly issue the balance back to your account as store credit.
My order arrived, but an item is missing or damaged. What should I do?
We want every unboxing to be perfect! If there's an issue with your delivery, please WhatsApp us immediately or email eratio.my@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving your package. Please share your Order Number and a quick photo/video of the parcel so our team can sort it out for you right away.

Currently, Vape Valley only ships within Malaysia. We offer swift nationwide shipping via SPX Express and immediate local delivery within our service areas via Lalamove!
How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, nationwide shipping typically takes 2 to 3 business days. For local deliveries, your package can arrive at your doorstep within 3 to 4 hours! You will receive a live tracking link via WhatsApp as soon as your order is on the way.
